Sin
Sin is the things we do which we know are wrong, and our conscious tells us this . What follows is guilt, shame and condemnation. We weren't created to carry the burden of sin and the guilt that comes with it. Jesus didn't come into the world to condemn the world but He came to save us from our sin and shame, and give us a new life.
Separation
Sin separates us from God because God is perfect and He cannot fellowship with unrighteousness. In the beginning mankind was shut out of paradise because of their disobedience.
Jesus was many things to many people but ultimately, He was the Son God, and came to bridge the gap between God and man, and to reconcile us to Himself.
Salvation
The good news is that Jesus has paid the price that we couldn't pay. Sin demands a penalty, and Jesus paid the penalty for us by dying on the Cross for our sins.
When we turn from our sin and put our faith in Jesus, God saves us and forgives us, and gives us the promise of eternal life in heaven with Him.
Jesus said, "I am the Way the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
